🙋♂️ Hello! I'm Sherwyn - Software Engineeer at 💸 Wealthsimple, MS Computer Science and Machine Learning candidate at Georgia Tech, and award-winning debater-turned-coach. I love learning, coding, reading, and music.
Through SWE and Data roles at 👤 Facebook/Meta, 🛒 Shopify, 🌐 Orbis Investments, 💵 Canalyst Financial and others, I grew exposure to: ML/AI/LLM modeling and infrastructure, data pipelines, dashboarding, full stack development, and equity research tooling. In addition to pursuing graduate-level studies, I continuously learn through personal projects. Most recently, I built 🧙♂️Music Merlin, a model that accurately classifies Spotify tracks into genres with 90% accuracy.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring Linux distributions, tinkering with computer hardware, reading/writing about technology or economics, and playing basketball or music.
